I hate to break it to you, but the summer is all but over.

I know, I’m not happy about it either.

That means it’s time for the kids to head back to school and for us adults to get back to a set routine, taking less time off then we did all summer.

Which means a lot of us are going to be looking to drop a few pounds before we head into the holiday season and see a lot of people we haven’t seen since the holidays last year. 

Some of us will have great success, losing the fat we want to lose.

Most of us won’t have great success, not losing the fat we want to lose.

 Dropping bodyfat isn’t rocket science — you need to be in a calorie deficit. However, there are simple strategies that will make being in a calorie deficit more sustainable, leading to effortless fat loss.

So today, I am sharing with you 5 of the best ways to help you drop fat effortlessly so that you can reach your fat loss goals easier and faster.

5 Effortless Strategies to Enhance Fat Loss

Here are the 5 effortless strategies that will enhance fat loss;

  •  Drink more water
  •  Go for daily walks
  •  Eat protein at each meal
  •  Consume more fruits and vegetables
  •  Eat the same (or similar) foods each day

 

Strategy #1: Drink More Water

Whether you are trying to lose bodyfat or not, drinking more water is a very good idea. It’s good for you!

If you are trying to lose bodyfat, drinking more water can do a few things for you. It can;

Curb your appetite/Help you feel more full: when you are hungry, instead of grabbing food, drink a glass of water. Thirst, which is often mistaken by the brain as hunger, is caused by mild dehydration…so drinking more water may actually curb your appetite because you aren’t actually hungry, you are dehydrated.

Improve your workouts: A hydrated body is a better performing body. Therefore, if you are hydrated properly you will get more out of your workouts.

Boost your metabolism: In 2013 researchers (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24179891/) ran an eight-week study with overweight girls. They drank around two cups of water half an hour before breakfast, lunch. They had no additional dietary changes. The results? The girls lost weight and saw reductions in body mass index and body composition scores. In short, drinking more water may help increase thermogenesis, forcing the body to produce more energy.

Drink more water, it helps.

 

Strategy #2: Go for Daily Walks

I know walking seems like it is too simple to make a difference in your fat loss.

But it isn’t.

It’s actually one of the best things you can do for fat loss.

It’s easy. It can be done anywhere. It can be done daily without overtraining. It helps you burn more calories throughout the day.

So do yourself a favor and get those steps in each day.

They’ll help you drop more fat effortlessly.

 

 

Strategy #3: Eat Protein at Each Meal

Protein helps you build muscle and hang on to muscle.

Protein helps you stay full.

Hanging on to all your hard earned muscle and dropping primarily bodyfat while dieting will get you to your goals quicker.

Staying full while dieting makes the dieting process easier.

Seems like a win-win.

 

Strategy #4: Consume More Fruits and Vegetables

I love fruits and vegetables.

Not only do they taste great and have a ton of micronutrients, they are lifesavers when trying to drop bodyfat effortlessly.

Fruits and veggies have a lot of both water and fiber. Water and fiber in foods increase volume and thereby reduce energy density. As a result, fruits and veggies are both low in calories and very satiating.

If there is one thing on this list to do, it’s eat more fruits and veggies.

 

Strategy #5: Eat the Same (or similar) Foods Each Day

This is a strategy that doesn’t have any science behind it that I know of…but it works.

If you eat the same (or similar) foods most days of the week, not only do you know how many calories you are consuming most days, you also take a lot of the decision making out of the eating process.

Prep your meals for the week on Sunday. Eat those meals all week. You now know what you are consuming. You now know you aren’t going to make a poor decision when in need of food when you are on the go.

 

In Summary 

Making fat loss more efficient and effortless can be done with the right strategies in place.

These 5 strategies will do just that for you!
